Privacy Policy for Relatiq

Relatiq ("we", "our", or "the extension") was built with absolute privacy in mind. We believe that your professional network is your private data. Therefore, Relatiq operates on a strict Local-First architecture.

This means that all your CRM data (contacts, notes, pipelines, templates, and reminders) is stored exclusively locally on your device within your browser's database (IndexedDB and Chrome Local Storage). We do not have access to your data, we do not operate a cloud server for CRM data storage, and we do not sell your information.

Because Relatiq runs entirely in your browser, the data collection is minimal and transparent:

• Contact Information: When you actively choose to add a profile to Relatiq, the extension reads basic public information from the visible LinkedIn page (such as name, profile picture, job title, and location) to create a local CRM entry.
• Your CRM Inputs: Any notes, tags, pipeline stages, or follow-up tasks you create are saved directly and only to your local browser storage.
• License Validation: If you upgrade to Relatiq Pro, the extension verifies your license key using our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). This process transmits your license key to verify its validity but does not transmit your CRM data.

Relatiq offers an optional feature to back up your local database to your personal Google Drive.

• This feature requires explicit authorization from you using Google OAuth.
• The extension requests access only to the specific backup file it creates in your Google Drive. It cannot read, modify, or delete your other personal files.
• The backup file is stored securely in your own Google Drive account. We do not have access to this file.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or your CRM data to outside parties. Your CRM data never leaves your device unless you explicitly initiate a backup to your own Google Drive.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the extension operates entirely locally, we will not email you regarding these changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
